The Workroom/Theater can accommodate a wide variety of projects. There is a marley dance floor over a portion of the space, as well as moveable risers for performance events. The space has a sound system and very basic lighting.

The Main Entrance on 33 Hawley Street at the front of the building leads to the Lobby (street level) and the Mezzanine (accessible by both stairs and elevator). Both spaces are available for non-exclusive use with Flex rentals. The Lobby features dedicated areas for Box Office and Concessions.
